Précision sur l'inscription :	Signature sur le côté gauche de la terrasse : "Avisseau à Tours" ; inscription sur le côté gauche de la terrasse : St ELOI.

Précision_sur la representation :	Le saint, dont le nom apparaît en façade de la terrasse, est debout, la tête légèrement inclinée vers la droite, les avant-bras levés, le pied gauche est légèrement avancé. Il fut un orfèvre habile puis prêtre et évêque (de Noyon). La sculpture le représente en habit d’évêque : mitre (avec colombe du Saint-Esprit), chape, étole (aube et surplis en dessous), avec ses attributs d’orfèvre (calice dont il manque la coupe, dans sa main), et, posés sur la terrasse à sa gauche : gerbe de blé et soc de charrue.
