Historique :	Tableau peint par Jules Ziegler (1804-1856). Saint Laurent est l'un des sept diacres de Sixte II arrêtés au cimetière de Callixte avec le pape. Il fut soumis au supplice pour obtenir de lui les archives et les biens de l'Eglise.
