Description :	La base de plan carré est montée sur quatre pieds en forme de pattes griffues ; elle est formée de deux niveaux de moulures reliés par des pans courbés. La tige est ornée d'un nœud balustre surmonté d'un noeud sphérique et d'un médaillon orné. La monstrance est composée d'une lunette ovale vitrée autour de laquelle se développe un décor ajouré. Elle est sommée d'une croix.

Précision_sur la representation :	Des motifs ornementaux sont ciselés sur le pied. Sous la monstrance, le médaillon est orné d'une fleur de lys et surmonté d'une couronne. Y prennent naissance quatre épis de blé et deux cornes d'abondance d'où se développent des rameaux de vigne pourvus de feuilles et de grappes. Les extrémités de la croix sommant le reliquaire sont trilobées.
