Description :	Le plan du retable est curviligne. La travée centrale est occupée par un tableau représentant une religieuse agenouillée devant le Sauveur apparaissant sur un nuage et présentée par un ange (vision de sainte Thérèse ?).

Historique :	L’autel situé en avant du grand retable a été réalisé dans le même style, mais est daté du XIXe siècle. les statues originelles ont été remplacées au XIXe siècle par les statues du roi David et d’un grand prêtre d’Israël, avec son pectoral. La statue de saint Symphorien placée au sommet du retable pourrait, elle aussi, dater du XIXe siècle.
