Historique :	Les registres de baptême déposés à la mairie de Bourgueil, nous apprennent que cette cloche est l'une des trois cloches qui furent bénites en 1743 par haut et puissant seigneur Louis Léonard d'Alègre, abbé de Bourgueil. Il est à présumer qu'elle était la plus grosse des trois qui fut nommée Louis Léonard.
